Adding Several Wordpress Plugin

After added Dean’s Permalinks Migration Plugin Version 1.0. for changing my permalink format, yesterday I added another several wordpress plugin in order to make my blog suitable with my desire. They were QuickRSS, Favicon Manager, and AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget.

QuickRSS is wordpress plugin used to insert RSS feed from another website or blog into the post. The simple way of using this plugin make this plugin very easy and very quick to be implemented in everyone blog by adding simple code as bellow :
[ QuickRSS = parameters ] feed url [ / QuickRSS ]

The example implementation of this plugin into this blog can be found at page aggregator EL2003ITB.

Next is Favicon Manager. Favicon Manager is wordpress plugin used to manage icon favicon of the blog or website.
By using this plugin, we can symply configure favicon for our blog by activate this plugin and than configure the favicon by pointing the location of the icon which will be used as our favicon. So there will be no manually editing of header files. Very simple!!
Furthermore, this plugin also have option whether the image included in either your RSS2 or your Atom feeds, or both. All options can be set from the new options menu in the administration panel.
For making favicon.ico icon we can use free online favicon maker at http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/. What we need is only upload the image which we will be used as the source of icon and than click Generate Favicon.ico.

The last is AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget. AddThis is the bookmarking and sharing button on the Internet used for spreading the content of blog or website across the Web by making it easier for your visitors to bookmark and share it with other people. This plugin is aimed to raise the visitor to our blog by spreading the content of our blog.
