Netbook?
From News portal detik.com, I found the words Netbook. So what is Netbook?
I searched in Wikipedia and found Netbook is low-cost and scaled-down subnotebooks used primarily for surfing the Internet and performing other basic functions like word processing. These may be carried out using applications installed on a solid state drive or by the use of cloud computing services.
May be I can simplify that Netbook is mini notebook which is mini in size and also mini in function. Meaning, when we are using Netbook, we still can do many thing which need more resource (i.e video editing) but may be the result is limited by the resource of the Netbook.
So Netbook is not suitable for power user. The purpose of Netbook is for usual users who only do content consumption like browsing the internet, chatting, listening the music, watching the video, etc.
Hm…So why do we use netbook if a mobile phone can do the same thing with Netbook?
